The Men Under 40 Advanced Health Package provides a more in-depth health assessment than the Essential package. Besides extensive blood testing, you will benefit from a comprehensive GP consultation and thorough clinical assessment. This means your test results are interpreted with respect to your lifestyle, medical history and overall wellbeing, offering a highly personalised picture of your health.

This package is most suited for men under 40 looking to have anonymous, full health evaluation, early identification of health risks, with personalised medical advice and help – all within one consultation.

What is involved in the health check?

Your Health Assessment will include:

  • A comprehensive medical and lifestyle questionnaire, which can capture your lifestyle, family history and overall health background.
  • Height, Weight and Body Mass Index (BMI) to assess your body composition.
  • Blood pressure, pulse and oxygen saturation to monitor your cardiovascular and respiratory health.
  • Lung Function Peak Flow Peak Flow measures the maximum speed of air you can exhale. It is useful for detecting possible airway narrowing, such as in asthma.
  • Your Cardiovascular Risk Score which uses blood pressure, cholesterol and BMI to assess future risks of heart health.
  • Full Consultation and Examination with GP, where your own private GP will examine your medical history, symptoms and lifestyle patterns. The GP will physically examine you and prepare your test results – all in one visit.

Blood Tests include:

  • Full Blood Count (FBC), ESR which will evaluate red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, haemoglobin and inflammatory markers.
  • Urea and Electrolytes which will assess potassium, sodium, bicarbonate, chloride, creatinine, urea, eGFR – looking at how well your kidneys are functioning.
  • Liver Function Tests, assesses alkaline phosphatase, bilirubin, ALT, AST, total protein, Gamma GT, globulin, albumin – looking at how well your liver is functioning.
  • Bone Markers including Phosphate, calcium and magnesium help assess mineral balance relevant to bone health. Uric acid is tested to check for gout or kidney stone risk.
  • Glucose and HbA1c: Glucose measures your current blood sugar, while HbA1c reflects your average blood sugar control over the past 2–3 months, together helping to diagnose or monitor diabetes.
  • Cholesterol Profile: Total cholesterol, HDL, non-HDL cholesterol, LDL (calculated) and triglycerides – measuring risk of cardiovascular disease.
  • Iron and Ferritin (including TIBC): Measuring iron levels and stores to rule out risks of anaemia or iron overload.
  • Thyroid function: Free T4 and TSH to assess the status of your thyroid and metabolic health.

  • 2. Attend your appointment

    Your health assessment will include non-blood assessments, a non-invasive blood test, plus a GP consultation which includes some physical examination.

  • 3. Processing your health check results

    All samples and information are processed at leading independent UKAS accredited laboratories based in the UK. Any urgent findings are figured out and flagged straight away.

  • 4. Receiving health screening results

    Everything is returned rapidly, typically within 1 day, with explanations in plain English and a colour-coded indicator (green, amber or red) for your health status; any needed attention or any recommendations.
