Your health assessment begins with a complete consultation and examination with your GP to cover your entire medical history, your lifestyle and health issues you may be worried about.
Each assessment involves a complete top-to-toe examination by your GP, comprehensive blood testing panel, including screening for tumour markers. Based on the type of health screening package you choose, you will undergo X-rays, ultrasounds and MRI scans as well, along with specialist consultations and examinations.
You will have an hour to discuss your health, medical and family history, and any issues you may have, as well as undergo a complete top-to-toe examination, including your eyes, ears, throat, mouth, lungs, heart, gastrointestinal system, musculoskeletal system, and any worrying skin lesions. Male clients will have a prostate and testicle exam, with female clients will be undergoing a comprehensive gynaecological consultation and examination with a Consultant Gynaecologist.
Our supportive and experienced nursing team with measure your oxygen saturation, blood pressure, and medical body composition analysis including BMI, visceral fat, skeletal muscle mass and fat mass. The nursing team will also perform a resting ECG which can identify many abnormalities of the heart, and spirometry – also known as Lung Function Testing (LFT).
You will undergo an exceptionally detailed blood testing panel, which includes kidney function, liver function, full biochemistry and haematology, lipid profile, uric acid, thyroid function, HBA1C, ESR, hormone profiles, iron, vitamin B12, folate, vitamin D and tumour markers. There will be over 60 parameters incorporated into our Elite MOT blood tests.
For your pelvic and abdominal ultrasound, you will be referred to our partner imaging centres to assist with diagnosing any kidney, liver or intestinal issues, in case you are male. If you are female, you will have a mammogram or breast ultrasound to assist with diagnosing any breast issues, particularly breast cancers.

At Health Screening Clinic, we take great care in structuring and organising your health screening to maximise the fruitfulness of all of your time with us.
This is how your screening works:
You can book your health screening by accessing our online booking system or calling us directly on 02071833570.
On the day of your appointment, you will firstly meet with one of our nurses who will measure your biomarkers such as heart rate, blood pressure, peak flow, oxygen saturation and general measurements including height, weight and BMI.
After your preliminary checks have been completed, you will then have a consultation with a GP who will look at your medical history, perform any appropriate physical examinations, and talk through any symptoms or concerns you have.
Once your personalised panel is confirmed, we will take a blood sample to complete the test as soon as we can.
Your results will then be provided to you either in person or by secure email.

You will have to complete our Comprehensive Medical & Lifestyle Questionnaire in advance of your appointment.
This questionnaire is essential for your doctor to correctly assess your health at the appointment, which will hopefully allow you to get the most of your time with the doctor.
It is important that your doctor has a complete picture of your past medical history and your family history because they can assess the risk of any hereditary diseases. Please provide as much detail as possible to help them do this.
We completely understand that getting your results is important to you. Most health screening test results are returned to you within 2 working days from your appointment. Once you have completed your assessments and GP consultation, we provide your results in a secure manner, along with a personalised medical report covering what occurred during the consultation as well as our recommendations for next steps.
Convenience is important. This is why we allow our patients flexibility in choosing a location closest to them. Our Health Screening Clinic is conveniently located at 20 Old Brompton Road, South Kensington, London SW7 3DL, which is easily accessible for patients from all around London.
If you need to cancel or reschedule don’t worry, it is an easy process. We are always happy to switch this with 2 business days’ notice. This helps us schedule in a patient who might be in need of urgent care.
If you do not provide us with 48 hours advance notice or do not show up for an appointment booked with us, we will charge a cancellation or no show fee. In such cases, we charge a fee of £95 per half an hour of clinical time lost.
